Acquiring Assets
One of my brother-in-laws mentioned to me a little project he's working on involving the acquisition of assets, depicted by a photo he emailed to me. I offered my unsolicited advice. I thought my own advice was so good, I'd offer it—unsolicited—for others.
Very good. The photo definitely captures the required assets. Assets are an important part of any fledgling corporation. A new corporation must acquire assets to grow the worth of the corporation. Assets can be grabbed in many ways, but assets should only be grabbed (read acquired) legally. Wrongful grabbing of assets can be detrimental to the corporation's growth and success. If assets are wrongfully grabbed, several legal ramifications can be implicated. Be cautious in the grabbing of assets. Occasionally, through contractual measures after a merger, assets can be slapped.
